Normal operation.
Sweden
We are currently experiencing delays on some of our parcels to Sweden.
This is due to an error on the parcel label and we are working on a solution.
In addition, unfortunately, we are experiencing delays in the delivery of return parcels from Sweden.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Ireland
We have been challenged by several external factors such as bad weather, diversions and strikes in the ports of departure in France. Unfortunately, this continues to result in delays to and from Ireland. We expect to see an improvement in transit times during April.
Unfortunately, due to customs clearance, it is not possible to transport parcels to Ireland through the UK.
Delays to Ireland continue in March
Due to the extension of port strikes in France, we expect continued delays on parcels to Ireland. On 18-20 March, the French ports are scheduled to be completely closed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Strike in parts of Italy
Unfortunately, we are experiencing delays in the delivery of parcels to Italy at the moment and apologise for the inconvenience this causes.
The Netherlands and Belgium
We are currently experiencing delays in the delivery of parcels in the Netherlands and Belgium.
We apologize for the inconvenience this causes for our customers and hope for understanding and patience.
United Kingdom
Unfortunately, we are experiencing delays in the delivery of return parcels from the UK.
Parcels for Ukraine
Due to the current situation in Ukraine, GLS is not able to deliver parcels to the country at the moment.
